Moonlight State Beach
Moonlight State Beach Marine Safety Center consists of a two-story safety center of about 1,245 square feet plus a second floor observation deck. Also a one-story combined restroom and concession of approximately 3,600 square feet, plus one-story 950 square foot garage. This center will be headquarters for all Encinitas Lifeguard beach operations and first aid services, which will bring needed upgrades in medical treatment capacity and communications technology.
