Complete modernization and seismic upgrades of an existing elementary school to a new K-8 Campus. Existing iconic administrative building will remain and be modernized. Seismic upgrades designed per ASCE 41. Including the addition of a new middle school classroom building and gymnasium, new two-story classroom building, one single-story classroom building, parking garage and lunch shelters.
