Bella Vita Apartments
Bella Vita Apartment Complex in National City was recently constructed by Kire Builders. As our long time client, we have worked together with them on this and many other innovative projects. The first move-in dates are scheduled for August 2017. The complex consists of (3) separate residential buildings, each with three-story wood-framed units over a single level of CMU parking garage. Two of the buildings are a mirror image with 10,800 square feet at each other; the third building is 8,400 square feet per level. There is also a single-story wood-framed community room, as well as a wood framed rental office.
