A retirement is upon us
After successfully growing HTK Structural Engineers for the past 27 years, Rich Horowitz, P.E., one of HTK’s founding Principals, has retired as of January 2018.
Thankfully Rich will not be leaving us entirely and continue to mentor and guide us in his new role as Principal Emeritus and consult on projects on a regular basis.
Rich took a leap of faith, along with retired Principal Rick Taylor, P.E., and established Horowitz Taylor Engineering in 1991. Today HTK is a thriving Structural Engineering firm, thanks in large part to his technical expertise, the great personal relationships he has formed over the years with clients, and his insistence on thorough, budget conscience, detailed oriented and constructible drawings.
Rich is now looking forward to this new phase of his life which includes travel, volunteer work, and spending time with his family.
HTK is still in good hands with Helmand Kushkaki, S.E. continuing as Principal along with his talented team of Associate Engineers and his valued support staff.
We thank Rich for his leadership and his contributions to the industry and wish him the best.
