Construction Continues: Voltaire

Multipurpose Commercial and Residential Building in Point Loma, at the buzzing intersection of Voltaire and Nimitz, consists of two-stories of apartments over two levels of concrete-consisting of a post-tensioned podium deck and reinforced concrete slab, and an underground garage. There is a central courtyard on the concrete podium deck around which the apartments are built. Beating several challenges given the triangular shape of the structure, the concrete portion of the structure is complete short of the last concrete pour.
