Construction Continues: Mixed-Use Apartments

The project is situated in Golden Hill neighborhood of San Diego, five stories of apartments over reinforced concrete podium slab, with a parking garage space underneath. The concrete slab also creates commercial space for restaurants at the busy road intersection, while supporting the apartment building. HTK Structural Engineers continues to provide services and support, the concrete portion has been completed, currently framing construction is underway.
