Construction Completed: 5454 Ruffin Road

Ware Malcomb recently completed a project at 5454 Ruffin. Our structural engineering contributions  included exterior and interior steel framing features at entrance and vestibule, a new exterior wall, and cutting existing concrete panels for wider openings.  The second floor was partially demolished and reconfigured.
