In Progress: Bonita Glen

HTK is pleased to have joined the design team with Silvergate Development and Studio E Architects, on Bonita Glen in Chula Vista consisting of 7 total buildings with 170 total units. There is a large concrete podium building with parking on the ground level and 3 stories of wood framed residential units above, and 6 separate 3 story wood framed residential buildings with tuck-under parking. The site also includes recreational facilities and open space area. HTK is proud to be a part of this project which will help provide much needed housing within the San Diego region.
