2018 Golden Nugget Award for ‘Best Affordable Housing Community
We provided the structural engineering, entailing three new three-story structures with commercial and residential space at the first floor and two levels of residential above, which Dahlin Group and Affirmed Housing’s ‘Eastgate’ won “Best Affordable Housing Community” at the Golden Nugget Awards.
The Golden Nugget Awards are in their 55th year, and are the largest and most prestigious competition of its kind in the nation. It honors design and planning achievements in community and home design, green-built housing, site planning, commercial, retail, mixed-use development and specialty housing categories. Winners this year were chosen from over 600 entries from around the world.
