Construction Commencing: Mixed-Use Apartments

HTK, TFWA Architecture, and Alexandros, LLC are working together on an upcoming project consisting of (2) four-story apartment buildings, located in the Golden Hill area of San Diego. One building will be a wood-framed residential, the other will be a mixed-use building with (6) retail store units on the first floor, and residential on the floors above, all over subterranean parking.
